Summary of Position

This is an exciting opportunity to help develop and maintain and enforce procedures that aim to reduce contractual risk throughout our company in both Canada and the US.
Accountabilities
Drive contract negotiations and risk management Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual negotiations with third parties. Assess and mitigate contractual risk through negotiation and drafting of contracts and amendments.

Ensure compliance and governance Implement and enforce third party service Procurement and Contracting Strategy on projects. Support internal audits, delegation of authority matrix, and template precedents for subsidiaries/projects.

Manage contract lifecycle Ensure contracts are properly executed, maintained, reviewed, and closed out. Administer and maintain Client Master Agreements and internal contract precedents. Develop/revise templates and standard contractual terms to ensure alignment with CCI’s internal, contractual, and regulatory compliance requirements.
