The Operations Administrator position is an office-based position.

This position requires a self-motivated, safety conscious individual who takes great pride in their work.

You will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse team of engineering and construction professionals.

You must have the ability for travel to various job sites when needed.

• Assist with audits of systems and process accordingly.
• Maintain an Operations SharePoint site for filing and tracking.
• Ensure contract and ticket files are current and up to date.
• Planning and scheduling work activities, taking into account the availability of resources and deadlines.
• Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicating issues to management regarding any problems with equipment or processes that may affect productivity.
• Assisting in the development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs
