A leading MEP contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager to manage contractual and commercial activities across MEP projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage all contractual and commercial activities across multiple MEP projects from pre award through project close out
- Review, negotiate, administer and monitor contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements and other commercial arrangements
- Oversee project commercial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, cash flow management and profitability analysis
- Manage variations, claims, extension of time submissions, contractual correspondence, dispute resolution and final account negotiations
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of interim valuations, payment applications, commercial reports and financial forecasts
- Establish and maintain robust commercial controls, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and industry best practices
- Provide strategic commercial guidance to project teams and senior management on contractual risks, opportunities and mitigation measures
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in contracts and commercial management within the MEP contracting or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, contract administration, claims management and commercial controls
- Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of large scale MEP projects in the UAE/GCC
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency in cost management, financial reporting and contract documentation
