- Manage and maintain all project related documents, including drawings, technical submittals, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, correspondence and approvals
- Establish and maintain document control systems to ensure accurate recording, tracking, filing, distribution and retrieval of project documentation
- Monitor document status and maintain up to date registers for incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure all project records are properly archived in accordance with company procedures and project requirements
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, correspondence and other project related documentation
- Provide general administrative support to project and management teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling office coordination activities
- Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation, operation & maintenance manuals and other handover documents
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure document security at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller within MEP contracting or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of document control processes and construction industry practices
- Experience handling technical documents, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, transmittals and project correspondence
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with document management systems and electronic filing platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Overview
- We are a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Admin Cum Document Controller to join our project team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring effective document control procedures, and providing administrative support to facilitate smooth project execution.

Compensation
- AED 4,500 – 6,500 per month, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
