Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer customer sale and purchase agreements and related contractual documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities for Oqood registration, Title Deeds, and other DLD related processes
- Ensure all documentation complies with DLD and RERA regulations and company policies
- Handle customer documentation, contract amendments, transfers, cancellations, and related requests
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and ensure proper filing and document control
- Monitor contract milestones and track pending approvals and registrations
- Liaise with legal, finance, customer service, and sales teams to ensure timely completion of documentation
- Generate periodic reports and maintain databases related to customer contracts and registrations
- Support handover and post sales documentation activities
- Respond to customer queries related to contractual and registration matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience with a UAE real estate developer
- Strong knowledge of DLD processes including Oqood Registration, Title Deed procedures, property transfers
- Good understanding of RERA regulations and real estate industry practices
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong knowledge of DLD processes, including: Oqood Registration, Title Deed procedures, Property transfers and related documentation.
- Good understanding of RERA regulations and real estate industry practices.
- Experience handling customer documentation and registration processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
