Job Description Summary

Champion delivery of high-quality service for gas turbine customers.

Link internal technical expertise with customer operational success.

Influence cross-functional teams and shape long-term reliability strategies in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts to deliver value aligned with customer needs.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS teams for safe and timely outage execution.
  • Manage customer relationships and communication strategy.
  • Identify products and services that provide tangible value to customers.
  • Resolve emergent and forced outage matters through collaborative problem solving.
  • Manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
  • Oversee project deliverables and contract administration.
  • Monitor financial performance against agreed KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
  • Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia.
