Responsibilities

Manage a team of contract specialists who will become experts on customer contracts and all company systems from Order Placement to Invoicing, including electronic invoicing and electronic customer reporting linked to payments.

Functional responsibility for overseeing the implementation of all new industrial service and continued maintenance of assigned field service contracts, including all events and shutdowns; a) area designations b) cost center designations and c) additional custom data such as AFE, approver or other customer specific information.

Lead the implementation and communicate with key managers as to how each customer will be set up. Bring as much uniformity as possible.

Document and assist in implementing system enhancements to meet customer needs

Works closely with Finance, Sales, Field, Invoice Audit, Price Improvement, collections, DSO and Pricing Team

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Experience working with Contracts and Legal documents

Bachelors degree in science/ engineering/ business or another related field preferred

Strong Leadership and Presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office Excel/ Word/ Outlook
