- Hands on experience in EOT claims, delay analysis, variation management, and contractual correspondence
- Exposure to international/domestic arbitration processes and Govt contracts
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and project planning/scheduling tools

Position Overview
- We are exclusively retained on a mandate from a leading company, for the position of Contract & Claims Manager for Dubai location.
Key Requirements
- 13+ years of experience with strong exposure in Contract & Claims Management.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC market experience mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, arbitration, dispute resolution, and claims management.
- Experience in infrastructure projects such as Railways, Highways, EPC, or large scale Govt projects.
- Hands on experience in EOT claims, delay analysis, variation management, and contractual correspondence.
- Exposure to international/domestic arbitration processes and Govt contracts.
