- Manage all Infrastructure contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties
- Raise claims against warranty or non compliances as required
- Manage Maintenance Service Agreements for Infrastructure assets
- Manage the company's commercial interests through each contract
- Ensure suppliers deliver on their contractual obligations
- Leverage opportunities and manage commercial risks
- Draft formal letters and notices
- Ensure maximum value is leveraged from each agreement
- Work in close cooperation with other functions and departments
- Produce detailed reports as directed by line manager
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant specialism (legal, commercial); railway operational and maintenance experience advantageous
- Full driving license
- Extensive experience in contract management
- Commercially minded and familiar with legal terms
- Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and service level agreements
- Familiar with railway and engineering terminology
- Working in a multi disciplinary and multi national team
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and communication skills
- English as first language or advanced level

Position Overview

- Ensuring obligations within various contracts are understood and fulfilled.
- Contract management of Maintenance Service Agreements for Infrastructure assets.
- Managing the company's commercial interests through each contract.
- Ensuring suppliers deliver on their contractual obligations.
- Leveraging opportunities and managing commercial risks.

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience
