Contract Manager

What You'Ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers across active and upcoming projects
• Monitor contract performance and ensure ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company standards
• Manage the full lifecycle of variations and claims, from identification through to resolution
• Partner closely with project managers, commercial, and procurement teams to keep contractual and commercial risk under control
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract documentation and records
• Support risk management and dispute resolution processes, escalating issues as needed
• Prepare clear, decision-ready reports for senior leadership
• Contribute to cost control and revenue protection across the project portfolio
• Act as a consistent point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in contract or commercial management (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, RICS) are a strong plus
• Solid experience managing contracts within the construction or foundation engineering industry, ideally within the GCC
• Strong working knowledge of construction law, UAE regulatory requirements, and standard forms of contract (FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and administer complex engineering and construction contracts
• Commercial and financial acumen — comfortable with cost control, budgeting, claims valuation, and risk assessment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across legal, commercial, and project teams
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving instincts when navigating contractual disputes
• Proficiency with contract and document management software
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, based on-site in Abu Dhabi
