Role Overview
The Contract Analyst supports the Head of Contracts and Contracts team in post-award contract administration, compliance, documentation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
The role is based in Mesaieed, Qatar, within the Contracts department.
Contract and Schedule
- The contract duration is one year and may be extended.
- The work schedule is five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day post-award contract administration and contract workflow activities.
- Monitor contract milestones, obligations, amendments, renewals, and expiry dates.
- Prepare contract status reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support contract amendments, extensions, variations, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate with Procurement, end users, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support contract compliance reviews, audits, and corrective actions.
- Assist with contractor performance monitoring and contract close-out.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of direct and relevant contract administration experience.
- Experience in post-award contract management is preferred.
- Knowledge of contract compliance, documentation, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
- CIPS, CPSM, or an equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and contract management systems.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 15,000–23,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
