Overview

  • AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Contract Administrator to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
  • The Contract Administrator will support contract administration activities while being seconded to a client site in Riyadh.
  • This role will focus on ensuring accurate documentation, processing invoices, managing timesheets, and providing general administrative support to the project team.

Your role

  • Support day to day contract administration activities on the client side
  • Review and validate timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process invoices and track payment status in coordination with relevant teams
  • Assist in maintaining contract documentation, records, and tracking systems
  • Support contract management activities, including document control and compliance checks
  • Perform general administrative duties to support project operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely information sharing

About you

  • 1–5 years of experience in administration, document management, or project controls
  • Prior experience in contract administration or similar support roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Degree is not essential; relevant experience and practical knowledge will be considered
