This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary ranging from £31,430.00 to £44,900.00 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus a car allowance.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of site performance data in line with cluster KPI standards
Analyse performance to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Provide clear, data-driven insight to support operational decision-making
Lead site-level CI initiatives aligned with the cluster roadmap (root cause, 5S, kaizen)
Implement improvements to drive productivity, flow, quality, and stability
Track and sustain CI benefits, ensuring long-term impact
Deploy and maintain standardised processes, tools, and best practices

Provide on-the-floor coaching and support on processes and efficiency
Identify and help remove barriers to performance improvement
Support audits and ensure compliance with processes and standards
Deliver CI initiatives in line with Health & Safety requirements
Promote a structured and safe approach to change
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
Encourage team engagement and local ownership of improvements
Support capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing
Support performance reviews with operational teams and managers
Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams
Analytical and data-driven, able to turn operational data into actionable insights
Knowledgeable in Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
Hands-on and solution-focused, with experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
Highly organised and structured, with a focus on maintaining high standards
