How You’ll Make An Impact

• Improve operational visibility through reliable end-to-end KPI tracking and enable faster, more accurate decisions using structured data insights.
• Reduce inefficiencies, delays, and bottlenecks across the value chain while strengthening alignment between planning, production, and warehouse functions.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Embed continuous improvement through structured problem solving, standardization, and performance governance.
• Provide leadership with clear operational insights and financial justification for strategic decisions.
• Analyze ERP information flows, develop and report KPIs, and identify corrective actions with the Manufacturing Analyst.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC, DMADV, 8D, and other Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Use Minitab, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python to generate insights and sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to implement and standardize improvements.
• Track project outcomes, support strategic plans, develop business cases, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold safety and integrity.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain analytics, operations planning, or industrial performance roles.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement or operations excellence environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies, including DMAIC, 8D, and Kaizen.
• Strong Value Stream Mapping expertise, including leading cross-functional workshops across ERP and MES information flows.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
