The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

• Improve operational visibility through reliable end-to-end KPI tracking and structured data insights.
• Reduce inefficiencies, delays, and bottlenecks across the value chain while improving cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods including DMAIC, DMADV, 8D, and Kaizen.
• Use Minitab, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python to generate insights and sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to implement and standardize process improvements.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications to support improvement projects and capital investment decisions.
• Ensure improvements are sustained through standardization, performance governance, and regular outcome reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines while demonstrating safety and integrity.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain analytics, operations planning, or industrial performance roles.
• Experience in continuous improvement or operations excellence environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods including DMAIC, 8D, and Kaizen.
• Strong Value Stream Mapping expertise, including leading cross-functional workshops across ERP and MES systems.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
