Continuous Improvement Operations Manager

Extensive management experience across operations, program management or continuous improvement, ideally within higher education, professional education or another complex candidate-facing environment

Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives with measurable outcomes

Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills

The ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve operational performance

Experience working with governance frameworks, compliance requirements and risk management processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience

Experience with education technology platforms such as SITS, D2L or Salesforce will be advantageous, along with project management, risk mitigation and experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation or other digital solutions.
