Contingent Workforce Operations Manager

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Operationalize global contingent workforce priorities and lead workstreams for program expansion, technology implementations, and enterprise initiatives.
• Redesign workflows through process improvement, automation, AI capabilities, and technology enhancements.
• Administer, test, release, enable, and continuously optimize SAP Fieldglass and supporting technologies.
• Manage SAP Fieldglass controls and collaborate with Internal Audit on SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and data-driven recommendations for program health and workforce decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on integrations, data quality, AI readiness, and technology roadmaps.
• Support MSP governance, issue resolution, service performance, documentation, knowledge assets, and standardized guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for contingent workforce systems, processes, governance, and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or related operations.
• Experience administering or implementing a vendor management system; SAP Fieldglass is preferred, while Beeline or a similar VMS is accepted.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated systems thinking across technology, governance, suppliers, data, and operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global contingent workforce programs and enterprise technology implementations or global program rollouts.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Internal Audit, or enterprise business systems teams.
• Experience with SOX controls, audit activities, regulated processes, dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies and a continuous improvement or product mindset.

Salary Transparency

• For Canada-based roles, the stated starting base salary range is CAD 71,250 to CAD 104,528.
• Offers may exceed the range and may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and benefits.
