Position Overview
Lead operational excellence, workforce technology, and governance for Autodesk's global contingent workforce program.
Serve as the operational backbone by leading SAP Fieldglass operations, supporting global expansion, and improving workflows through automation and AI.
Partner with regional Program Managers, Engineering, Internal Audit, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and the managed service provider.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational workstreams for program expansion, technology implementations, and enterprise initiatives.
- Optimize SAP Fieldglass through administration, testing, release coordination, user enablement, and continuous enhancement.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to improve visibility into program health and operational performance.
- Support SAP Fieldglass controls, SOX compliance, audit readiness, data quality, and AI readiness.
- Maintain operational documentation and standardized guidance for employee enablement and AI-assisted operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in contingent workforce operations, HR technology, procurement operations, business systems, program management, or related operations.
- Experience administering or implementing a Vendor Management System; SAP Fieldglass is preferred and Beeline or a similar VMS is accepted.
- Experience leading cross-functional operational or technology implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Systems thinking across technology, governance, suppliers, data, and contingent workforce workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global contingent workforce programs and global program rollouts.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Internal Audit, or enterprise business systems teams.
- Experience with SOX controls, audit activities, regulated processes, dashboards, reporting, or operational analytics.
- Willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies and a continuous improvement or product mindset.

Salary Transparency
- For Canada-based roles, the stated starting base salary range is CAD 71,250 to CAD 104,528.
- Offers depend on experience and geographic location and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.
