We are looking for a creative, organized, and social media obsessed individual to own our English social media presence, with a primary focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content people actually want to engage with, keeps up with trends, and knows how to translate a brand into meaningful, high performing content.

What you'll be doing Own the day to day management of Mumzworld's English Instagram account and support LinkedIn content.

Build and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.

Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas that align with brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and business priorities.

Write engaging captions that reflect Mumzworld's tone of voice.

Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, CRM, PR, and Brand to bring campaigns to life.

Create Instagram Stories, Reels, carousels, static posts, and community focused content.

Identify trending formats, sounds, creators, and conversations relevant to parents and adapt them for the brand.

Coordinate content production including photoshoots and short form video creation when needed.

Publish content across platforms and ensure all posts meet quality standards.

Monitor comments and messages and coordinate responses with customer service where required.

Track performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Recommend continuous improvements based on platform trends, analytics, and competitor activity.

Support influencer collaborations and user generated content initiatives.

Ensure all content reflects Mumzworld's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

What We're Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand.

Excellent written English.

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.

creating content for Reels and short form video.

Good eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling.

Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite.

using Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast paced ecommerce environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

Bonus Points Experience working with parenting, retail, ecommerce, lifestyle, or FMCG brands.

Basic photography or mobile videography skills.

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
