Role Description
The Content Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's content marketing strategy.
The role covers content planning, campaign development, performance analysis, audience growth, content distribution, and online community development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage editorial calendars and multi-channel campaigns.
- Create content for web, email, social media, and community channels.
- Develop campaigns addressing key social and workplace issues.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content using insights.
- Collaborate with contributors, designers, and partners to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Nurture an online community that supports open, respectful discussion.
Qualifications
- Strong content strategy and planning skills, including editorial calendar management.
- Strong digital writing and editing skills with storytelling and audience engagement experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with community building, online forums, or discussion-oriented social platforms.
- Ability to work independently remotely, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
