Role Description
The Business Development & Partnership Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for expanding and nurturing strategic relationships supporting the platform's mission.
The role includes partnership prospecting, outreach, agreement management, campaign coordination, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify partnership opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to potential collaborators.
- Manage partnership cycles from initial contact to agreement.
- Coordinate co-branded initiatives, sponsorships, and joint campaigns.
- Maintain communication with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term growth.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on partnership impact.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to align business development activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Business development and partnership management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community building, or advocacy is desirable, particularly in media, social impact, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, measure impact, and support sustainable growth.
