Role overview
Ecomma is seeking a Content Executive with approximately 2–4 years of career experience.
The role requires strong judgment about what makes video content effective, including UGC quality and current content trends.
The position covers the workflow from idea and script through filming, editing, and publishing.
Content responsibilities
- Create paid advertising videos judged by attention, retention, and downstream lead cost.
- Produce company and employer-brand content showing the team, office, work, and recently closed deals.
- Create interviews, walkthroughs, podcast cuts, explainers, and both short- and long-form video content.
- Film people with different levels of comfort on camera and help both groups appear natural.
- Understand the main and downstream impact of content.
- Brief and manage a freelance editor against agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant career experience.
- Ability to identify why videos perform and distinguish authentic UGC from content that feels staged.
- Active awareness of changing content formats and trends.
- Curiosity about how content affects outcomes beyond immediate engagement.
