Content Development Engineer

Lead complex content development projects involving multiple teams, tools, and dependencies.

Improve and automate content processing, build, validation, delivery, or publishing workflows.

Partner with product, engineering, sound/content teams, and external content creators to support high-quality product launches.

Define technical solutions to recurring content development challenges.

Establish metrics and quality standards for content workflows where needed.

Represent content development in cross-functional planning and execution.

Improve documentation, tooling, and support models for internal and external contributors.

Experience in content production tooling, audio/music software workflows, build systems, deployment pipelines, or partner-facing technical enablement.

Strong automation mindset and ability to improve repeatability, quality, and delivery speed.

Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to operate independently in ambiguous areas and clarify the path forward.

Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Practical understanding of how content quality, tooling, and delivery affect customer and business outcomes.
