Lead Product Designer

Lead and develop a team of product designers working across music creation software, hardware-integrated workflows, web, or platform experiences.

Experience leading product design teams in software, creative tools, music technology, hardware/software products, e-commerce, or platform environments.

Strong portfolio of customer-centered, commercially relevant design work.

Ability to coach designers and raise the quality of design execution.

Experience working with research, analytics, design systems, and cross-functional product teams.

Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

Ability to balance hands-on design judgment with team leadership.

Work on products and platforms used by creators, producers, performers, DJs, and musicians around the world.
