Content Developer

Responsibilities:

Researching training topics by exploring various external resources, including books, articles, videos, and other reputable content.

Synthesizing that research to identify the 1-2 most important pieces of information to focus on in our sessions.

Building, testing, and improving session content

Collaborating with other members of the Campfire team to scale content creation and delivery.

Personally facilitating Campfire sessions and growing and developing our bench of facilitators.

Working with the Campfire team to develop an effective facilitator onboarding, training, and review process.

Analyzing, maintaining, and improving Campfire session metrics, including engagement, usage, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience facilitating discussions or learning groups is ideal

Experience in copywriting or other forms of content creation, whether for training, marketing, etc.

Strong execution skills and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Has an energetic and engaging personality that can bring energy to Campfire sessions

Has a go-getter personality and does not procrastinate task completion but, rather, works hard to get ahead of deadlines and exceed expectations

Has an innate desire to learn and (a foundational knowledge of books and resources is a plus)
