- Develop engaging, platform first content that strengthens PSI's digital presence
- Plan, create, and publish content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, videography, and design teams to produce compelling campaigns
- Identify content trends, generate creative concepts, and write engaging captions and scripts
- Coordinate content production and ensure all published materials align with brand identity and business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of content strategy and platform specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience creating engaging short form and long form content, including captions, scripts, and campaign concepts
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars while maintaining brand consistency
- Familiarity with photography, videography, and short form video production is highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital marketing principles
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Content Creator / Content Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, platform first content that strengthens PSI's digital presence.
- The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, videography, and design teams to produce compelling campaigns, project launches, and brand focused storytelling.
- Identify content trends, generate creative concepts, write engaging captions and scripts, coordinate content production, and ensure all published materials align with PSI's brand identity and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and platform specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Compensation
- Pay: AED6,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
