About the Role

- Conceptualise and create short form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Edit content to a high standard using mobile and desktop editing tools
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that align with the Booch brand voice
- Plan and schedule content using Sendible
- Stay across trends and translate them into relevant, on brand content
- Coordinate shoot days including location, talent, props, and product
- Collaborate with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and activations
- Track basic content performance and flag what's working
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for a brand or agency
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Experience scheduling and managing content through a social media tool
- Self starter who can manage their own workload without heavy direction
- Based in Dubai or able to commute
- Must have own car

About the Role
- We're looking for a creative, hands on Content Creator to bring the Booch brand to life across social media.
- You'll be responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and scheduling content that connects with our community and grows our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
- This is a hybrid role — expect time in our production facility, at events and markets, and working remotely on editing and scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualise and create short form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Edit content to a high standard using mobile and desktop editing tools
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that align with the Booch brand voice
- Plan and schedule content using our social media management platform (Sendible)
- Stay across trends and translate them into relevant, on brand content
- Coordinate shoot days — including location, talent, props, and product
- Collaborate with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and activations
- Track basic content performance and flag what's working
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for a brand or agency
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- A good eye for aesthetics — you understand what looks native on each platform
- Experience scheduling and managing content through a social media tool
- Self starter who can manage their own workload without heavy direction
- Passion for food, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Based in Dubai or able to commute
- Must have own car
