Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, or social media marketing
- Experience working in a social media, creative, or marketing agency environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices
- Experience planning, directing, and attending content shoots
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Premiere Pro
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

Position Overview
- We are looking for a highly creative, organised, and proactive Content Creator to join our social media agency.
- Responsible for developing creative concepts, producing engaging content, and leading creative direction across multiple client accounts.
- Works closely with Account Managers, Designers, Videographers, Photographers, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Create engaging photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other emerging channels.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client goals and campaign objectives.
- Lead the creative direction for content shoots, ensuring content is captured according to approved concept and brand guidelines.
- Plan and organise content shoots, including shot lists, mood boards, locations, talent coordination, and creative requirements.
- Attend and oversee content shoots, providing creative direction to clients, creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and industry best practices.
- Write content briefs, scripts, captions, and creative recommendations where required.
- Work closely with Designers, Videographers, Photographers, and Editors to ensure content is delivered to a high creative standard.
- Review and approve creative assets before delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning sessions.
- Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for future creative improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, creative direction, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working within a social media, creative, or marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
- Experience planning, directing, and attending content shoots.
- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Experience using content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and client accounts.
