Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or similar role
- Proven track record of producing successful short form video content
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Proficiency with CapCut and other video editing tools
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join a fast growing trading and fintech brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, film, edit, and publish high quality short form video content on a daily basis.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends, platform algorithms, and audience interests.
- Research viral content, competitors, influencers, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
- Participate in content planning sessions, filming days, live events, and creative workshops.
- Monitor content performance and use analytics to optimise future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Generate fresh and innovative content concepts that resonate with retail traders and online communities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of producing successful short form video content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Proficiency with CapCut and other video editing tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience within trading, fintech, finance, cryptocurrency, or related industries would be highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience creating content for trading, investment, fintech, or financial services brands.
- Strong personal social media presence and understanding of audience growth strategies.
- Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance.
