About the Role
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for a creative Content Creator to produce engaging content for social media and digital channels. You will plan, create, and publish high-quality photo, video, and short-form content, visit project sites, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video, and short form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
- Visit project sites and properties to capture high quality photos and videos
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and storyboards for social media campaigns
- Collaborate with Property Consultants, Marketing, and Sales teams to create property showcases, client testimonials, and lifestyle content
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices
- Edit videos and reels using professional editing software
- Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags and strong calls to action
- Ensure all content aligns with PSI's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics
- Assist in covering company events, launches, exhibitions, and corporate activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role
- Experience in the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong portfolio or social media content samples is required

Job Summary
- The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high quality content across social media and digital channels.
- This role requires someone who is passionate about storytelling, understands current social media trends, and can produce compelling content that supports PSI's marketing and sales objectives.
- Experience in the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred.
