Role Overview
Work behind the camera and in the editing room to create visual content for property marketing and social media.
Develop creative content ideas, film reels, edit videos, design thumbnails, manage social media, and analyze performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Create social media posts, reels, captions, scripts, and concepts.
- Conduct outdoor shoots and indoor office shoots with agents and team members.
- Edit videos, reels, photos, and marketing content for property listings.
- Design engaging thumbnails.
- Collaborate with agents and internal teams on marketing and branding content.
- Track social media trends, formats, viral concepts, and competitor activity.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements to reach, engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Experience creating and editing Reels or short-form videos.
- Good photography and videography skills.
