Photographer & Marketing Executive – Content & Social Media

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable both behind the camera and in the editing room — from coming up with creative content ideas and filming reels to editing videos, designing thumbnails, managing social media, and analyzing performance.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, captions, scripts, and concepts.
• Conduct outdoor shoots and indoor office shoots with agents and team members.
• Edit videos, reels, photos, and marketing content for property listings.
• Design engaging thumbnails.
• Work closely with agents and internal teams to develop content that supports the companies’ marketing and branding.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats, viral concepts, and competitor activity.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular marketing and social media reports.
• Analyze results and recommend new ideas and improvements to increase reach, engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

• Previous UAE experience in marketing, social media, content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Experience creating and editing Reels/short-form videos.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in video/photo editing tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with agents and internal teams.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media/content work will be highly preferred.
