The company is seeking a Content Creator to showcase interior fit-out projects, workmanship, company culture, and expertise across social media and digital platforms.
The role regularly visits project sites to capture transformations, project progress, completed interiors, behind-the-scenes content, and client-focused stories.
Position Details
- Department: Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Visit project sites to capture photos and videos of fit-out works and create project showcases.
- Produce Reels, TikToks, short-form videos, stories, before-and-after transformations, and project progress content.
- Create videos featuring workmanship, materials, finishes, design details, construction processes, and project handovers.
- Interview team members, designers, project managers, and clients when required.
- Develop concepts and scripts, edit videos, and add transitions, subtitles, music, voiceovers, and branding.
- Write captions, headlines, and promotional copy while maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Monitor trends, coordinate with sales and project teams, and identify content that can generate leads.
- Maintain an organized asset library and report on views, engagement, followers, leads, and other KPIs.
- Support marketing campaigns, company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Expected Content
- Content may include office, retail, commercial, restaurant, café, villa, and residential fit-outs.
- The role covers project walkthroughs, site progress videos, time-lapse content, and construction-process videos.
- Additional content includes material and finishing details, team culture, client testimonials, design tips, educational content, and behind-the-scenes site content.
- The creator may adapt trending social media concepts to the construction and interior industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar role.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
- Creative mindset, strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms, and good communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, travel regularly to project sites, and work in a fast-paced construction or fit-out environment.
- A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, fit-out, real estate, or related industries is advantageous.
