Dhabi Enterprises Establishment is seeking a Contact Center Representative to manage incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries about marine chemicals and oil field products, and assist with order coordination.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate information is provided and requests are directed to the appropriate departments.
The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Provide basic information about marine chemicals and oil field products as requested by customers
- Route technical inquiries to the appropriate sales or technical support staff
- Process customer orders by phone and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
- Maintain logs of incoming calls, customer requests, and unresolved inquiries
- Follow up with customers on order status and delivery updates as needed
- Assist with outbound calls for order confirmations and appointment scheduling
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the supervisor
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and customer service standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or call center operations is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or reception role
- Clear speaking voice and professional telephone manner
- Good verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple calls and manage high call volumes
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail when documenting requests
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range: 4K - 6K depend on experience
- visa, accommodation, health insurance, annual leave
