Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Build expertise across Cisco products and one architecture domain, including interoperability with vendor and competitor products.
• Engage customers directly, build trust, and connect proposed solutions to business priorities and existing environments.
• Support Executive Briefings and QBRs and use customer insights to refine deliverables and project approaches.
• Develop consulting recommendations aligned with customer needs and future-state outcomes.
• Use Cisco AI tools to improve delivery efficiency while validating AI-generated results.
• Create project deliverables and contribute to implementation techniques and methodologies.
• Prepare technically accurate customer-facing documentation for complex solutions.
• Advise on product issues and vulnerabilities and build complex lab setups to resolve problems.
• Apply expertise across Cisco and third-party technologies for migration and integration work.
• Use programmability, automation, orchestration, virtualization, Agile, and DevOps to improve project outcomes.
• Explain complex concepts and transfer knowledge to customers to support effective product use.
• Contribute to knowledge management, competitive analysis, technical documentation, and delivery improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience, master's degree plus 3 years, PhD plus 0 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• A professional-level certification such as CCNP or an equivalent relevant certification is expected.
• Working knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, virtualization, Agile, and DevOps.
• Ability to engage customers, explain complex technical concepts, and provide technical guidance.
