About the Role
RiskPod is looking for a Data Science Consultant to join a growing consulting team delivering bespoke AI and analytics solutions. The role is client-facing, combining data science, consulting, and technical delivery.

- Design and deliver end to end data science projects
- Develop custom Python and SQL solutions
- Improve machine learning models and optimise classification and clustering performance while addressing data bias
- Perform data transformation, quality assurance, insight generation, dashboard creation, and client presentations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics products and delivery processes
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- 3+ years' experience in data science, analytics or consulting
- Strong Python, SQL, statistical modelling and machine learning expertise
- Experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit learn, NLP frameworks, transformers/LLMs, APIs and modern software engineering practices
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes or cloud AI platforms would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients

Data Science Consultant

- You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
