- Support a growing FinTech organisation undergoing significant business expansion and operational maturity
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive implementation
Requirements
- Previous experience delivering policy, process, and framework design projects within UAE financial services organisations
- Strong understanding of CBUAE expectations and regulatory operating environments
- Consulting, advisory, transformation, or contractor background preferred
- Experience developing practical, scalable policies and procedures
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive implementation
- Available to start within 2–4 weeks
