• Practice Model:

Full-time ICU-based care including inpatient management and multidisciplinary collaboration

The successful candidate will be responsible for the

assessment, stabilization, and management of critically ill patients

, ensuring optimal outcomes through evidence-based intensive care practices.

• Provide comprehensive management of

critically ill patients

with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, multi-organ dysfunction, and severe infections

• Lead ICU care for patients requiring

mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic support, and continuous monitoring

• Perform and supervise

advanced life support procedures

, including intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and resuscitation

• Manage

ventilated patients

, including weaning protocols and advanced respiratory support strategies

• Coordinate care for

post-operative and trauma patients

requiring intensive monitoring and intervention

• Participate in

rapid response and code blue teams

, ensuring timely intervention in life-threatening situations

• Collaborate with

multidisciplinary teams

, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, and subspecialists

• Interpret and utilise

advanced diagnostic data

, including laboratory results, imaging, and bedside monitoring systems

• Ensure adherence to

infection control protocols and ICU quality standards

• Provide

family communication and counselling

• Maintain

accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records

• Participate in
