Role Overview
The Technical Business Analyst collaborates with technical architects and consulting teams on business models, cases for change, digital transformations, rollouts, and adoption.
This is an AI-centric role involving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that transform business capabilities and produce measurable client outcomes.
Business and Internal Contributions
- Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and client hosting at events.
- Contribute to campaign development, internal think tanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment, team activities, and offering development.
- Complete training and certifications that support career development and company skills demand.
Core Capabilities
- Evaluate demand requests for strategic alignment, expected benefits, scope, and timing.
- Conduct business analysis during early project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders across junior and senior levels.
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, and lead small project teams and third-party vendors.
- Architect delivery solutions using Agile or Waterfall approaches for features or epics.
- Create business, organization, process, relationship, information, system, and data models.
- Define business scenarios and acceptance criteria that trace requirements to developed functionality.
- Analyze and prioritize user experience needs and present findings accessibly.
- Lead complex AI-enabled initiatives with demonstrable business transformation and measurable client impact.
Workplace and Assignment Flexibility
- Hybrid working is embedded across the organization, with flexible working arrangements available to UK employees.
- Office bases include London, Manchester, and Glasgow, and assignments may require periods away from home at short notice.
