The Job
The Senior Consultant provides consulting solutions to clients as part of the Process Optimization team.
The role implements Real Time Optimization and USC Plan/Schedule tools for industrial customers.
Work supports refineries, petrochemical plants, and related process industries.
Process Optimization Delivery
- Develop and build Real Time Optimization models using process simulation models and closed-loop implementation.
- Develop and build planning and scheduling models for refineries and petrochemical plants using USC tools.
- Develop reconciliation and yield-accounting models covering refinery balance, product, and yield accounting.
- Build Real Time Optimization, reconciliation, and economic models using APO, APA, and AUSC.
Project and Client Responsibilities
- Communicate technical tool concepts to varied audiences and understand requirements for business-focused solutions.
