- Assess current organizational structure and identify inefficiencies
- Design target operating models aligned with business strategy
- Develop organizational governance frameworks and decision making structures
- Redesign functions, departments, and business units following transformation initiatives
- Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI matrices across the organization
- Develop short , medium , and long term workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Forecast workforce demand based on growth scenarios, business plans, and operational requirements
- Build workforce planning models and headcount forecasts
- Define strategic hiring and talent acquisition roadmaps
- Determine optimal staffing levels for functions, departments, and operations
- Develop manpower budgeting models and headcount plans
- Identify overstaffing, understaffing, and productivity improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 8 15+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Human Capital Consulting, or HR Transformation
- Mandatory experience within leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Mercer, Korn Ferry, or equivalent in house transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering organizational redesign and workforce optimization projects
- Experience interacting with C level executives and senior stakeholders
- Already established in KSA preferred, Dubai/Abu Dhabi with commuting second option

- Context: We are looking for a Consultant with experience in Organizational Design and Workforce/Manpower Planning and Sizing

Requisites

- Professional certifications in HR, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Project Management are advantageous
- 8 15+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Human Capital Consulting, or HR Transformation
- Mandatory experience within leading consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Mercer, Korn Ferry, or equivalent in house transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering organizational redesign and workforce optimization projects
- Experience interacting with C level executives and senior stakeholders
- Already established KSA preferred, Dubai/Abu Dhabi with commuting second option available
