- Own and manage the CEO's strategic priorities, ensuring focus, follow through, and alignment across the organization
- Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and external engagements through rigorous briefing, framing, and synthesis
- Act as a connective layer across internal departments including investments, finance, risk, IR, and communications
- Structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks that facilitate executive decision making
- Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and workstreams into concise, actionable outputs
- Manage relationships with external professional services partners including strategy consultants, investment banks, legal advisors, and communications firms
- Support investor relations and public communications efforts as required
- Lead discrete, high priority workstreams on behalf of the CEO or top management from scoping through to delivery
- Support M&A processes including deal sourcing coordination, due diligence workstreams, and transaction management
- Drive company transformation initiatives, working across functions to ensure strategic change lands effectively

Role Overview
- We are looking for an exceptionally capable Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO.
- This is a high impact, high visibility role at the center of Company's strategic and operational activity.
- The successful candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO managing the strategic agenda, connecting dots across the organization, structuring complex problems, and driving special projects to completion.
- This role is suited for a Senior associate or Junior Manager level professional with a Top Tier Strategy Consulting background who is ready to operate in a fast moving holding company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO's strategic priorities, ensuring focus, follow through, and alignment across the organization.
- Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and external engagements through rigorous briefing, framing, and synthesis.
- Act as a connective layer across Company's internal departments including investments, finance, risk, IR, and communications.
- Ensure alignment of priorities and information flow between the CEO and all relevant internal and external parties.
- Structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks that facilitate executive decision making.
