Responsibilities
- Interpret and report a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X rays, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and Mammography (where applicable).
- Perform image guided diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, where credentialed.
- Provide expert clinical consultation to referring physicians regarding imaging findings and appropriate imaging pathways.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high quality radiology reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to patient management decisions.
- Maintain high standards of radiation safety and ensure compliance with quality assurance and infection control protocols.
- Supervise and mentor junior radiologists, residents, radiographers, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Participate in departmental audits, Continuing Medical Education (CME), research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies, clinical governance, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification
- Board Certification or equivalent recognized Consultant qualification in Diagnostic Radiology
- Minimum 5 10 years of post specialization experience at the Consultant level
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain Qatar medical licensure
- Expertise in interpreting complex diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities
- Strong communication, analytical, and clinical decision making skills
- Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered, evidence based care

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate diagnostic imaging services, interpreting a broad range of imaging studies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
- Board Certification or equivalent recognized Consultant qualification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Fellowship or subspecialty training is an advantage (Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging, Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, or Interventional Radiology).
- Minimum 5 10 years of post specialization experience at the Consultant level.
- Eligibility for or ability to obtain Qatar medical licensure.
- Expertise in interpreting complex diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities.
- Strong communication, analytical, and clinical decision making skills.
- Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered, evidence based care.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- PQR Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualified professionals will be given preference.
- Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals or tertiary healthcare facilities is highly desirable.
- Subspecialty expertise in Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, or Interventional Radiology is an added advantage.
