ScienceLogic is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a primary technical interface and subject matter expert for customers using the ScienceLogic product suite. This role combines hands-on implementation expertise with consultative guidance. The consultant partners with customer technical and management stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into reliable solutions, resolve complex issues, and deliver a strong customer experience across remote and onsite engagements.

Serve as a trusted technical consultant and subject matter expert, providing guidance on the ScienceLogic product suite.

Lead hands-on installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic solutions.

Partner with customer technical and management teams to understand business and technical needs, resolve issues, and provide clear technical direction.

Act as the internal customer advocate by driving problem resolution and communicating product feedback and future needs.

Independently manage competing customer priorities, commitments, and project timelines while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
