Core Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, execute, and implement low- to moderate-complexity procurement contracts while mitigating risk and following regulatory and CIBC policy requirements.
- Develop contract content, lead negotiations, and secure approvals for agreement execution.
- Establish relationships with business partners and suppliers and provide consulting advice on procurement initiatives.
- Manage contract governance, supplier-management processes, and multiple concurrent procurement priorities.
