- Conduct routine check ups to assess patients' health condition and development
- Evaluate patients to diagnose injuries, illnesses, and developmental problems
- Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests to obtain more information for underlying issues
- Direct and coordinate the patient care team, involving specialist consultations as required
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their parents about treatment plans, potential risks and best practices
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatrician
- Minimum of 5 years post specialty experience in pediatrics
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of pediatrics including newborn and adolescent care, immunization, and emergency situations
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards patients and their families
