Responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and diseases
- Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgical procedures including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries, and fracture management
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide both surgical and non surgical treatment options while ensuring evidence based clinical practice
- Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient rounds
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with hospital policies and international healthcare standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation, and preventive care
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon
- Expertise in Joint Replacement Surgery, Trauma & Fracture Management, Arthroscopic Procedures, Sports Medicine
- Spine Surgery preferred but not mandatory
- Robotic or minimally invasive orthopedic procedures are an added advantage

Job Overview
