- At least 5 years of experience as an orthopaedic surgeon, preferably at a consultant level
- Comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and treatment modalities
- Excellent surgical skills with proven experience in a range of procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex cases
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
