- Nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) Immobilier Off-Plan francophone, ambitieux(se) et orienté(e) résultats, pour accompagner le développement de notre clientèle internationale.

- Vos missions
- Accompagner des clients francophones dans l’acquisition de biens immobiliers off-plan.
- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients internationaux.
- Organiser et conduire des visites de projets immobiliers, en ligne et sur site.
- Conseiller les clients sur les opportunités d’investissement, les rendements et les avantages financiers.
- Assurer une veille constante sur le marché immobilier et les nouvelles tendances.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les promoteurs pour accéder à des projets exclusifs et négocier les meilleures conditions.
- Votre profil
- Français et anglais courants (oral et écrit).
- Expérience confirmée ou forte connaissance du marché immobilier off-plan.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, de persuasion et de négociation.
- À l’aise avec une clientèle premium et investisseurs internationaux.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie et sens du résultat.
