Consultant General Surgeon

Job Responsibilities Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine surgical needs and formulate treatment plans.

Carry out a spectrum of general surgical procedures in line with best practice standards.

Oversee perioperative care, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgery.

Collaborate effectively with allied health professionals to deliver integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and surgical documentation.

Educate patients and relatives on surgical options, potential risks, and recovery protocols.

Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise in surgical advancements.

Completed residency and board certification in General Surgery.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing General Surgeon.

Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region or willingness to obtain it.
